<strong>Itinerary </strong>

<strong>Day 1):</strong> Arrival at Lohajung Village (8-9 hours)
Drive from Rishikesh to Lohajung. On Arrival Lohajung remaining day to Relax and acclimatize Overnight stay in Camp.

<strong>Day 1):</strong> Lohajung to Didna village (10km /- 5hr trek)
Morning after breakfast trek to Didna village , trek down across to the valley of the Bedni Ganga. Cross over to the other side of the valley and climb past the village of Didna through thick forests of pine, rhododendron, and oak to reach the camp, dinner and overnight stay in tens.

<strong>Day 2):</strong> Didna (2450 m)- Bednibugyal -(5-6hr )
Morning breakfast trek up to BedniBugyal, The trail through the forest is steep in places.. It is a further 4hr across the meadows to the camp at Badni Bugyal.The alpine camp at Badni Bugyal (3350 metres) would rival the best in the Himalaya. To the west, the views of the Himalaya stretch as far as the peaks in the vicinity of Gangotri, while the Chaukhamba Range and the peaks beyond Joshimath are also visible. To the north, the peaks of Trisul (7120 metres) and Nanda Ghunti (6309 metres) rise above the alpine ridges.

<strong>Day 3):</strong> Bedni Bugyal to Bhagubasa (4100M)
Early morning breaksat trek up to 5-6 km to Bagubasa camp , , the trail climbs up to the Pathar Nachauni ridge to get closer views of Trisul, Nanda Ghunti, and Changabang. A steep zigzag brings us to the caves of Bhagubasa where one can find some rock shelters which are used by the pilgrims. dinner and over night stay at camp.

<strong>Day 4):</strong> Baguabasa - Roop Kund (5029 m) and back to Bednibugyal 18km trek
Morning after yoga meditation and breakfast ,climb up to Roopkund lake , majestic Himalayan panorama accompanist as through out the walk , reached at lake side , about 5km trek to return to Bhoj Basa and a further 8 km more trek back to Badni Bugyal, Dinner and overnight stay at Bhagubasa meadow.

<strong>Roopkund lake Trek</strong>

Is situated at a height of 5029m. in the lap of Trishul massif, called the 'Mystery lake' since human skeletons and remains of horses were found here. The lake, surrounded by rock strewn glaciers and snow clad peaks, is magnificent and enchanting. The 500 metre climb to the sacred lake of Rup Kund takes around two to three hours. En route there are some steep rocky sections just before Rup Kund, which may require a bit of scrambling to reach the lake.Rup Kund has no outflow and is covered in snow for 10 months of the year. If the waters arte not under snow you may glimpse human bones that legend has it are dated to a time when a party of pilgrims were trapped by bad weather in the 14th century. the main sources of the Nandakini River. <strong>Day 5):</strong> Bedni Bugyal –Wan (2436M) – Lohajung (over night in camp
Morning early breakfast trek down to lohajung ,the trail ascends to a meadow complete with a small temple with views of Trisul at the head of the valley. There follows a short descent to a small tributary, Dinner an overnight stay in Lohajung.

Morning breakfast then Departure to Rishikesh
